Welcome to the LULUPACK website operated by LULUPACK. By accessing, browsing and placing orders on this site, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read carefully before purchasing.

1. General Information

All products sold on this website are shipping protective packaging, including bubble bags and cushion packaging materials. All prices are displayed in US Dollars. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.

2. Order Acceptance

Your checkout submission constitutes an offer to purchase goods. A sales contract is confirmed only once your payment is verified and we send out shipment notification. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders for legitimate reasons, including incorrect pricing, out-of-stock items or suspected fraudulent orders.

3. Shipping & Customs

Please refer to our independent Shipping Policy for full delivery rules.

All import duties, customs taxes and clearance fees for international shipments are the sole responsibility of the buyer. LULUPACK cannot predict, cover or refund any customs-related charges. After handover to the logistics carrier, transit risks are borne by the buyer.

4. Return & Refund

We offer a 30-day return window counted from delivery date.
  • Only unused, unopened standard bubble packaging qualifies for return.
  • You must contact us to obtain an RMA return authorization before sending goods back; unauthorized returns will be refused.
  • Buyer covers return shipping cost unless the error originates from LULUPACK (wrong item, factory defect).
  • Custom printed / personalized bubble bags are non-refundable and non-returnable.

    Once goods are received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment channel within 7–14 business days.

5. Product Warranty & Liability Disclaimer

All packaging products are sold "as-is". LULUPACK does not provide implied or explicit warranties for specific application scenarios.

It is the buyer’s responsibility to verify whether bubble bags meet your packaging and shipping requirements.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LULUPACK shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental damages, lost profits or business losses arising from improper use of our packaging products.

6. Intellectual Property

All text, images, logos, artwork and designs displayed on the LULUPACK store are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse any materials without our written permission. The LULUPACK name and logo are registered branding assets.

7. Website Modifications

LULUPACK reserves the right to update product information, pricing, and these Terms of Service at any time without advance notice. The latest version posted on the website shall prevail.

8. Disputes

Any disputes arising from transactions shall be settled through friendly negotiation first. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be governed by applicable international trade laws.
