We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility
Items must be unused, in original condition and original packaging. Proof of purchase is required.
Note: Opened or partially used packs of bubble mailers are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return
Email us at info@packlulu.com with your order number and reason for return. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Damaged or Wrong Items
Inspect your order upon arrival. If items are damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number.

Non-Returnable Items
Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

Exchanges
To exchange, return your original item and place a new order once the return is approved.
