All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days (weekends and public holidays excluded). Tracking information will be sent to your registered email once the order ships out.

✅ Free shipping on all orders over $70. Orders below $70: Standard shipping cost will be automatically calculated at checkout according to destination and package weight.

Delivery timeframe varies depending on destination country. All import duties, taxes and customs clearance fees are borne by the buyer. LULUPACK is unable to cover or estimate these charges.

Please check your goods immediately upon receiving the package. If items are damaged or missing upon arrival, kindly contact us within 48 hours after delivery, providing your order number together with clear photos or videos of the parcel and products. We will support you to launch claims with the shipping carrier.
