Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive tracking information by email once your order ships.

Estimated Delivery (Domestic US)
Standard Shipping: 5–8 business days
Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

Shipping Rates
Free standard shipping on all orders over $70.
Orders under $70: shipping cost calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

Bulk Orders
For orders of 100+ units, please contact us at info@packlulu.com for a custom shipping quote.

International Shipping
Delivery times vary by destination. All import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility. LULUPACK cannot estimate or cover these charges.

Lost or Damaged Packages
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos/videos of the issue. We will work with the carrier to resolve the claim.
